Acceptance of These Rules
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and xx789 (operated at xx789.bar). They govern every part of your use of the platform — account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonuses, withdrawals, and support interactions.
Accessing xx789 — even just browsing the lobby — constitutes acceptance. If you are under 18 years of age, you must leave the site immediately. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or play.
Who Can Register
To open an xx789 account you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
- You are registering on your own behalf, not for a third party.
- You have not previously had an xx789 account suspended or closed for a rules violation.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of xx789 staff.
xx789 reserves the right to request age and identity proof at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and any funds forfeited.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email, phone number, or payment method used — are not allowed. If two accounts are linked to the same person, both may be suspended and balances consolidated or forfeited at xx789's discretion.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. xx789 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your password.
Inactive Accounts
An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. We will notify you by the contact method on file before any dormancy fee applies. A dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance after that notice period.

Bonus Rules & Wagering
Bonuses offered by xx789 — including the welcome bonus, reload offers, and cashback — are subject to the conditions below. Claiming any bonus means you accept these terms in addition to the general rules.
Welcome Bonus
New players who make their first deposit receive a 225% match bonus, up to a maximum of ৳18,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳400. The bonus is credited to your account within minutes of the deposit being confirmed.
Wagering Requirement
All bonuses (including the welcome bonus) carry a 12× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳12,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings generated from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited.
- Slots generally contribute 100% to wagering; live table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion.
- Bets placed while your account balance is in a negative (bonus-only) state do not count toward wagering on subsequent promotions.
- xx789 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if irregular betting patterns — such as placing equal and opposite bets to clear wagering — are detected.
Reload & Cashback
A 26% reload bonus is available on qualifying repeat deposits. Daily cashback of 0.8% is calculated on net losses from the previous day and credited automatically. Cashback carries no wagering requirement.
Refer a friend and receive ৳250 once your referred player completes their first deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold. Self-referrals — where you refer your own secondary account — are strictly prohibited.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
xx789 uses certified random-number generation for all slot and RNG table games. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios. We monitor accounts for irregular activity.
The following are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or navigate the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software errors or undisclosed vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a known bug must be reported immediately; keeping them is treated as a breach of these terms.
- Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
If you notice a technical fault during gameplay, stop playing and contact live support. Continuing to play after noticing a fault forfeits any winnings from that session.
Identity Checks Before Withdrawal
Before your first withdrawal is processed, xx789 will ask you to verify your identity. This is required by our anti-money-laundering obligations and protects all players on the platform.
Acceptable documents include:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Valid Passport
- Driving Licence
You may also be asked to confirm ownership of the payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash wallet showing your name). KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours of all required documents being submitted. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is complete.
Account Suspension & Closure
You may close your xx789 account at any time by contacting live support. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering obligations are settled. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
xx789 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if:
- Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is detected.
- A chargeback or payment dispute is filed with no legitimate basis.
- The account is found to belong to a minor.
- We are required to do so by law or a regulatory instruction.
If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact our support team through live chat. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Limits on Our Liability
xx789 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by:
- Internet connection failures on your side.
- Third-party payment processor delays or errors.
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a system error that causes incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed, xx789 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We will not honour payouts based on obvious display errors.
How These Rules Can Change
xx789 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use xx789 after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
If a change affects ongoing bonus promotions, we will honour the terms that were in place at the time you claimed the bonus, provided you complete the required wagering within the original time window.
